A Personal Knowledge Management app built from scratch for you. Not a Notion template, not a configured tool. A real native Mac and iPhone app with your modules, your aesthetic, and your workflow. You own the app and the source code.
Every build is different, so pricing depends on complexity. The free mockup lets you see what your app could look like before any commitment. From there we scope the build together.
One to two weeks from final design approval to delivery. The design phase before that usually takes a few days of back-and-forth.
A native Swift app for Mac and iPhone with iCloud sync. Full source code. A walkthrough call when it's delivered. No subscription, no recurring fees. The app lives on your devices and belongs to you.
No. You describe how you think and what you need. We handle the design and engineering. If you want to modify the code later, you can, but it's not required.
You tell us how you think and work. We sketch out what your app could look like, with screens and modules tailored to you. No payment, no obligation. If you like what you see, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings.
Yes. Post-delivery revisions are available. Minor tweaks are usually included. Larger additions can be scoped as follow-on work.
If you want an AI layer, we integrate it with a custom personality and full context from your PKM. It can surface patterns, generate knowledge entries, suggest actions, and connect dots across your data. The AI uses your check-ins, journal, database, and projects as context.
Your data lives on your devices and syncs through your personal iCloud account. We don't have access to your data after delivery. The app is yours, running on your hardware.
The Possibilities section on our homepage shows a few example builds: a wine cellar tracker, a living library, a decision log, and more. But the best builds start with "I don't even know if this is possible, but..." so don't limit yourself to what you see there.
